No Refunds

All payments made for RitAI subscription plans are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Unused assessments within your billing period
• Early cancellation of your subscription
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Accidental purchases or renewals

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining time.
